Beginning
My journey as an artist began when I was 4 carrying around a sketch book with crayons and a pencil to draw clouds and trees, and I still carry one everywhere I go. During College I tried different mediums and have always came back to pencils or watercolors. Because of working behind a computer or an art table I developed shoulder issues which led me to yoga. On the mat I have worked though the pain and have learned to calm my chaotic mind. Yoga has become my solace and my inspiration to share with others the benefits.
